A broad foundation for different curriculum pathways
Bloomsfield School and Kindergarten is a Christian early-years and junior primary school in Ruaka. We combine Kenya's national Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) with Montessori-inspired, child-centred methods and internationally minded learning experiences.
Rather than preparing children for only one system, we build transferable foundations in literacy, numeracy, independence, communication, creativity and problem-solving. This helps learners move confidently into Kenyan, international and Montessori learning environments.
Classroom learning is supported by practical activities, purposeful play, movement, technology, music, sport and opportunities beyond the classroom.
School transport serves families from Ruaka, Runda, Gigiri, Kiambu Road, Kitisuru and nearby areas. Parents are encouraged to visit the campus and discuss the programme that suits their child.
